We are licensed and bonded contractors in Washington and Idaho, and have extensive experience renovating, adding to and restoring homes in this area and around the country.

Some of these pictures are links to photo essays of the projects themselves.  Click on them to explore.

We are somewhat unique in our ability to address – and actually DO – all phases of a project, from concept and design though demolition and reconstruction, coordinating subcontractors and permits, finish and trim, and of course beautiful woodwork and cabinetry. We have a great crew of talented guys with diverse skills who love this work, and we bring a commitment to craftsmanship to everything we do. We can design (or help you design), build, oversee, and complete a project of any size with the care and attention to detail that only an outfit of real craftsmen can provide.

Below are some photos of past remodeling projects.

The largest restoration project we’ve ever undertaken, this grand home needed a LOT of work – two years of our lives were spent here. It has been a few years now but the memories are fresh, and the restoration is still our tour de force.

A small house gets a Renaissance sunroom and porch addition. The beam ceiling and open feel of this room bring the outdoors inside; a nice option with a backyard like this!

A galvanized bath and changing room make the morning swim a pleasure. A lovely and unusual house and discriminating owners make for a very satisfying project.

This sad “garage” was sagging and leaking and ready to fall down when we got the OK to rebuild it. We shored up the foundation, rebuilt the roof and walls, installed plumbing and electrical service, and made the upstairs into a modern apartment. It now houses a guest suite, an artist’s studio downstairs, and a plush chicken coop on the side.

A Pullman bungalow gets a new kitchen and second-story deck.
