This instant kitchen was hauled up to a friend's house in Canada, where we sometimes go for a Boy's Weekend of skiing and revelry. It fit in the back of a pickup, and was installed between bouts of night skiing and gourmet feasting. Unusual in its design, we used remnants from previous jobs and cool pieces of wood from our personal stash. A two-way drawer, extra deep drawers and a cutaway pullout fit around the sink plumbing, all on an extra-deep toekick that makes the whole thing seem to float. Many a fine meal has been shared in this ski shack!
